Why Hypnotherapy
It is a short-term form of therapy that uses a state of hypnotic trance. The trance state provides immediate access to inner images and emotions. I treat you with great care in this state, as you are very open to external influences. Through hypnotherapy, you can access your unconscious mind. The unconscious knows the deeper causes of complaints and problems and guides you toward new possibilities and solutions. During hypnotherapy, you are given the opportunity to experience and release unprocessed emotions and to let go of limiting beliefs. I help you communicate with your unconscious, and in doing so, you learn to draw (again) from your inner source of strength and wisdom. The method has a holistic character, meaning that you are approached as a whole—body, mind, emotions, and soul. Complaints are seen as signals of unresolved experiences or unmet needs.
Hypnotherapy is suitable for you if you feel that you are not living freely, for example due to anxiety, addiction(s), phobias, depression, insomnia, stress, loneliness, or difficulties with social interactions. The therapy is also suitable for relationship problems.
