Over Tantra

“What is the central subject of Tantra?”
The answer is you!
You are the central subject of Tantra: who you are now, what is hidden within you that can grow,
and what you can become.
Tantra is a spiritual tradition whose earliest traces go back almost five thousand years. Tantra is the
direct encounter with reality. Tantra is about life itself. I would even dare to say: Tantra is life itself.
On this path, you can meet yourself directly. No frills and to the point. At the same time, Tantra
encompasses everything. It is ‘all-inclusive.’ It is a true adventure you embark on with yourself.
Self-inquiry & saying yes
Within Tantra, self-inquiry is central. Reality wants to be known, and there is a drive to know life
and experience it in all its fullness. Tantra can carry within it a deep love for love itself. The desire
to fathom the unfathomable. Tantra asks for a deep and complete yes, to be present with everything
you notice within yourself. It requires a great willingness to feel, observe, and experience—
regardless of whether the experience is pleasant or not. This creates space for growth and
transformation.
Tantra is the immediate and direct experience of what is. Whatever taste, character, meaning,
feeling, nature, or order this experience may have. It may be that you burn with desire, burn in pain,
shiver with fear, or feel ecstatic, euphoric, elated, intensely joyful. Or, conversely, an immense
silence. Your body is a gateway to your senses, thoughts, emotions, and sensations.
By saying yes to what is, you will encounter much—if not everything.
“Tantra is not a technique, but more of a meditation. It is not head-centered, but a relaxation into the
heart.”

”The word Tantra is Sanskrit for expansion (tan) and liberation (tra). There is something that
expands, that grows, and at the same time there is the spaciousness in which it happens.”
I feel grateful, and I am inspired to guide people on this path, to see the beauty in every person.”

Tantra and sex
Tantra works with subjects that are close to you, that you naturally have an interest in. Sexuality is
part of this. Sexuality is an expression of the mystery. It is an opportunity to embody the mystery
and bring it into the world. It is, however, important that vital life energy (including sexual energy)
is approached with great care and awareness. Attention is given both to possible blockages and to
the free flow. The emphasis lies on presence itself, not on techniques or on acting out (sexual)
energy.
Tantra and the other
Tantra emphasizes that everything you seek can be found within yourself. Tantra helps you turn
your attention inward to find the mystery within. This frees you from the misconception that the key
to fulfillment lies with others.
This does not mean that you should withdraw from the world. In encounters with others, you can
learn an incredible amount about yourself and experience great joy and depth.
It is for the courageous, for those unafraid to say yes to all aspects of life.
Tantra is expressive, because it continually brings us into contact with qualities that allow us to
dissolve into unity…

In conclusion
Why follow the tantric path?
Beware! Through Tantra you may become an open, loving, and authentic human being. In some
way, I assume you already are that, and through Tantra it comes forth even more. Tantra is about
living your full potential. It postpones nothing—you face it immediately. Tantra makes you more
sensitive and also brings you more into the here and now. LIVE, LIVE NOW!
