Therapy

What is therapy?

It is a process in which you “search” for yourself, for the space that you essentially are. It is selfinquiry.
You are given “mirrors.” By looking into the mirror of yourself and learning to love
yourself, you will begin to see new possibilities. There is attention for your (life) force and
creativity. You start to feel and experience what limits and blocks you. There is also room to process
emotions, so that you can experience more freedom within yourself. Therapy is about letting go of
what you no longer need, and that can be painful. It means going through the pain to discover
something. Here lies challenge and growth.

I offer various forms of therapy:

holistic massage therapy, relationship therapy, voice dialogue and hypnotherapy (regression, reincarnation, and farewell rituals in trance)

Approach

Therapy is mainly about awareness, and it is certainly not an obligation to change yourself. There is
nothing wrong with you. Therapy allows you to reconnect with your own wisdom and enables you
to (once again) take responsibility for yourself, for the choices you make, and thereby for your own
life.
